We ship all orders from the Netherlands. Orders are carefully packaged to protect collectibles during transit. Fragile items (figurines, statues) are bubble-wrapped and box-packed. We recommend adding shipping insurance for orders over €100. Once handed to the carrier, we cannot be held liable for damage or loss — please contact us promptly if an issue arises and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery times vary by destination. EU orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders may take 7–21 business days and may be subject to local customs duties.
