Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us before the withdrawal period expires via your customer account at account.sleevedshelved.nl.

Returning Your Order Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost — if you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard rate is refunded.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, and were unsealed after delivery. This includes sealed booster packs, booster boxes, and other sealed trading card products.

Non-EU Customers For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery at your own shipping cost, subject to items being unused and in original condition.
